Invoicing & Billing

VAE Invoicing Policy

Effective Date: August 25, 2026
Last Updated: August 25, 2026

VAE users must submit accurate invoices that reflect the services, time, rates, and approved charges associated with a booking.

Accurate Invoices

VAE users must submit accurate invoices that reflect the services, time, rates, and approved charges associated with a booking.

Invoices should be submitted promptly after the booking is completed.

Approved Charges

Entertainers and Venue Owners may only charge amounts that were agreed to as part of the booking or subsequently approved by the affected parties.

Additional time, services, equipment, or other charges must be disclosed and approved before being added to an invoice.

Users may not invoice for services that were not performed or provided.

Hourly Booking Time

For hourly bookings, invoiced time must reflect the actual booking duration, subject to VAE's 30-minute minimum booking requirement and any supported billing increments.

Customer Review & Disputes

Customers are responsible for reviewing submitted invoices and raising any disputes through VAE when they believe an invoice is inaccurate.

VAE may review booking details, communications, invoices, and other relevant information when resolving an invoice dispute.

Improper Invoices & Enforcement

Users may not use invoices to add hidden fees or circumvent VAE's payment system.

False, misleading, inflated, or otherwise improper invoices may result in payment adjustments, account restrictions, suspension, or deactivation.

This policy supplements VAE's Terms of Service and may be updated from time to time.
