Rates & Pricing
VAE provides a marketplace where Entertainers and Venue Owners can offer services and venue rentals at rates they determine, subject to applicable platform requirements.
Entertainers and Venue Owners are responsible for keeping their rates and pricing information accurate and up to date.
Hourly & Fixed Pricing
Pricing may be offered as:
an hourly rate; or a fixed booking price.
30-Minute Booking Minimum
For hourly bookings, VAE requires a minimum booking duration of 30 minutes. Any additional time is charged according to the applicable rate and booking terms shown before confirmation.
If any additional minimum charge or booking requirement applies, it must be clearly disclosed before the booking is confirmed.
Price Changes & Disclosure
Once a booking is confirmed, users may not increase the agreed price or impose undisclosed charges. Any changes to the booking price, duration, or scope must be agreed upon by the affected parties through VAE where supported.
Users may not use misleading pricing, hidden fees, or practices intended to circumvent VAE's fees or payment system.
Policy Enforcement
Payments and payouts are subject to VAE's applicable fees, payment terms, and other policies.
Violations of this policy may result in booking cancellation, payment adjustments, account restrictions, suspension, or deactivation.
This policy supplements VAE's Terms of Service and may be updated from time to time.
