Effective Date: August 25, 2026
Last Updated: September 8, 2026

VAE is committed to providing a safe, respectful, professional, and inclusive marketplace for Audience members, Entertainers, and Venue Owners.

Our Community Standard

VAE is committed to providing a safe, respectful, professional, and inclusive marketplace for Audience members, Entertainers, and Venue Owners.

Anti-Discrimination & Harassment

Users may not discriminate against, harass, threaten, or mistreat another person based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited conduct includes:

refusing or cancelling a booking for discriminatory reasons;

imposing different terms, prices, or conditions based on a protected characteristic;

discriminatory, degrading, or offensive comments, slurs, images, or messages;

unwanted sexual advances or inappropriate sexual conduct;

threats, intimidation, stalking, or unwanted physical contact; or

encouraging or requesting discriminatory treatment by another user.

Legitimate Requirements

Nothing in this policy prevents users from establishing legitimate safety, accessibility, venue, legal, or performance requirements that are applied lawfully and consistently.

Community Standards

Users are expected to communicate respectfully, act professionally, provide accurate information, honor confirmed booking responsibilities, and respect the safety, property, and boundaries of others.

Users may not:

engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct;

damage, steal, or misuse another user's property;

use VAE to facilitate illegal activity or prohibited services;

manipulate reviews, bookings, payments, invoices, or other platform systems;

attempt to circumvent VAE's payment or safety processes; or

engage in conduct that creates an unreasonable safety or security risk.

Reporting & Enforcement

Users should report suspected violations to VAE Support.

VAE may review relevant account activity, booking information, communications, and supporting documentation when investigating a report.

Violations may result in warnings, booking cancellation, payment adjustments, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent deactivation.

These are distinct actions. A warning, restriction, suspension, ban, restoration, or the hiding of content does not, by itself, automatically cancel a booking, generate an invoice, charge a User, issue a refund, delete an account, change a payout, or forfeit funds. Any booking cancellation, payment adjustment, or refund is handled separately under the applicable booking, cancellation, and payment policies and involves its own review and authority.

This policy supplements VAE's Terms of Service and may be updated from time to time.
