Clear & Accurate Pricing

VAE users are responsible for providing clear and accurate pricing for services and venue rentals offered through the platform.

Entertainers and Venue Owners must disclose all material charges associated with a booking before it is confirmed.

What Listed Rates Should Include

Unless otherwise agreed before booking, listed rates should account for ordinary costs associated with providing the service or rental, including routine travel, setup, equipment, staffing, or operating expenses.

Additional Charges

Any additional charges resulting from a change in the booking scope, duration, location, equipment needs, or other requirements must be disclosed and agreed upon by the affected parties before being charged.

Hidden Fees & Misleading Pricing

Users may not use misleading pricing, hidden fees, or other practices intended to misrepresent the actual cost of a booking or circumvent VAE's payment system.

Policy Enforcement

Violations may result in payment adjustments, booking cancellation, account restrictions, suspension, or deactivation.

This policy supplements VAE's Terms of Service and may be updated from time to time.
