Booking Fulfillment
Bookings made through VAE must be fulfilled by the Entertainer, act, or Venue Owner represented in the confirmed booking.
Entertainers & Supporting Performers
The booked Entertainer or advertised act is responsible for completing the performance or service.
For bands, groups, DJs, or other multi-person acts, supporting performers or crew may participate as part of the booked act. However, the performance must materially match the act, identity, and services represented in the listing.
An Entertainer may not send an unrelated or undisclosed substitute in their place without the customer's approval.
Venue Owners & Authorized Representatives
A venue booking must be fulfilled by the venue represented in the confirmed booking. Venue Owners may use authorized staff or representatives to provide access, manage the venue, or support the booking.
The Venue Owner remains responsible for ensuring the venue and agreed services are provided as represented.
Responsibility & Substitutions
The account holder remains responsible for the conduct, performance, and compliance of anyone participating in or supporting the booking on their behalf.
Material substitutions or changes that were not disclosed or approved may result in cancellation, refunds, payment adjustments, account restrictions, suspension, or deactivation.
This policy supplements VAE's Terms of Service and may be updated from time to time.
