VAE Brand Ownership
VAE's name, logos, taglines, trademarks, service marks, and other brand assets are owned by VAE and may only be used as authorized.
Third parties may not use VAE's brand assets without prior permission except where otherwise permitted by law.
Authorized Use
When authorized to use VAE branding:
VAE logos and marks must be used in the form provided and may not be materially altered, distorted, or combined with other branding in a misleading manner.
Prohibited Uses
VAE branding may not be used to imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, employment, or affiliation that does not exist.
VAE marks may not be used in connection with unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or misleading content or activities.
VAE branding may not be incorporated into another business name, product name, domain name, social-media identity, or trademark without authorization.
Merchandise & Commercial Use
Merchandise or other commercial products displaying VAE branding require prior approval.
Goodwill & Permission
Any goodwill resulting from authorized use of VAE's trademarks belongs to VAE.
VAE may revoke permission to use its brand assets at any time where permitted by applicable law.
No Transfer of Ownership
Nothing in these guidelines grants ownership or other rights in VAE's intellectual property.
These guidelines may be updated from time to time.
