Accurate Identity Information
VAE users must provide accurate identity information when creating and maintaining an account.
Users may be required to provide their legal name and other identifying information for identity verification, payment processing, safety, or compliance purposes. This information does not necessarily appear publicly on the platform.
Audience Profiles
Audience users will generally be displayed publicly using their first name and last initial rather than their full legal name.
Users may not use false or misleading names or impersonate another person.
Entertainer Profiles
Entertainers may publicly display their stage name, band name, group name, or act name instead of their legal name.
The displayed name must accurately represent the entertainer or act associated with the account and may not impersonate another person, business, or performer.
Venue Owner Profiles
Venue Owners may publicly display their venue name rather than their personal legal name.
The venue name must accurately identify the venue associated with the account.
Profile Accuracy & Enforcement
Users are responsible for keeping their identity and profile information accurate and up to date.
Profile photos, logos, names, and other identifying information may not be false, misleading, deceptive, or used to impersonate another person or organization.
VAE may request additional verification, restrict profile information, or take account action when identity information cannot be verified or appears inaccurate or misleading.
Violations may result in account restrictions, suspension, or deactivation.
This policy supplements VAE's Terms of Service and may be updated from time to time.
