Accurate Categories & Descriptions
VAE users are responsible for selecting accurate categories and providing clear descriptions of the entertainment services or venues they offer.
Entertainer Listings
Entertainers should accurately identify:
the type of entertainment or performance offered;
applicable music genres or performance styles;
whether the listing represents a solo performer, group, band, DJ, or other type of act; and
any material limitations or requirements associated with the performance.
Entertainers may not select unrelated categories or genres solely to appear in additional search results.
Venue Owner Listings
Venue Owners should accurately identify:
the type of venue being offered;
the types of events or entertainment the venue can accommodate;
capacity, amenities, equipment, and material restrictions; and
any limitations that could materially affect a booking.
Misleading Listings & Enforcement
Listings may not contain false, misleading, or materially inaccurate information.
VAE may correct, restrict, or remove inaccurate listings or categories. Repeated or intentional misrepresentation may result in account restrictions, suspension, or deactivation.
This policy supplements VAE's Terms of Service and may be updated from time to time.
